Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking an Aerospace Lead Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Aerospace Lead Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting a dynamic team of sales representatives and project leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and effective project management abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Aerospace Lead Systems EngineerLocation: Torrance, CAPay Range:What's the Job?

• Support sales representatives by providing technical knowledge to clients and potential clients.
• Attend presentations and conduct product demonstrations to showcase capabilities.
• Assist with installations and implementations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and direct project tasks, relying on extensive experience and judgment.
• Utilize creativity and latitude to plan and accomplish project goals.

What's Needed?

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6–8 years of experience in the aerospace engineering field or a related area.
• Familiarity with a variety of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to lead and manage tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
