IMMEDIATE HIRING! Join our dedicated team as an Aerial Medical Nurse and play a vital role in delivering safe patient transportation to and from medical facilities as well as responding to scene calls. Core Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly assess each patient's condition to determine the most effective interventions for critical care in emergency situations.
  • Utilize strong critical thinking skills to care for severely ill or injured patients while collaborating with physicians.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped aircraft, adhering to established safety protocols and conducting regular equipment checks.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, medical facilities, and partners.
  • Accurately relay essential information during shift changes and ensure compliance with company and regulatory documentation.
  • Regularly pursue professional development to meet certification and training requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to our elevated standards in safety and patient service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
  • Active RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
  • Current EMT Certification where required by state regulations.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required prior to achieving flight status; NRP training is provided during New Hire Training.
  • Trauma Certification as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in flight nursing.
  • Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and ITLS/PHTLS.

Other Requirements:

  • Advanced Certification (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) must be obtained within 24 months post-hire.
