The Speyer Legacy School seeks a full-time Advancement Services Manager to support the daily operations of the Advancement Office. The Advancement Services Manager's primary responsibilities will be to provide backend support to the Advancement Office's operations including gift processing and generating reports, special projects and events, stewardship processes, and prospect research. This individual will provide leadership and direction for gift administration, stewardship, research and prospect/donor management, as well as reporting and systems, for the department.
The candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, able to manage multiple projects under deadlines, and organized, while being mindful of the importance of building meaningful relationships with the school's various constituencies. This individual is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy across all advancement records and reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in database management, data analytics, development, and/or project management. Experience in independent schools and/or non-profits is a plus.

Salary Range
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience. This is an in-person position with the opportunity to work remotely once per week depending on the needs of the Advancement Office. Competitive benefits include partially paid health insurance; fully paid dental/vision/short-term and long-term disability; 3% retirement contribution after 1 year of employment; generous paid time off and school holidays.
