Advanced R&D Engr/Scientist - Honeywell International : Job Details

Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and testing of innovative solutions. Mentor and guide a team of R&D engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and methodologies. Conduct research to generate intellectual property (IP) and contribute to patent applications. Evaluate emerging technologies for applicability to projects. Conduct technology assessments to inform decisionmaking. Support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing. Identify and assess technical and projectrelated risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. YOU MUST HAVE 5 years of experience performing research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment. Strong background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields. Proven track record of technical leadership and project management.
