Ascension-Wisconsin is looking for a Board Eligible/ Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join our Nursing Home Team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension-Wisconsin in the Fox Valley to provide medical services to patients.
