Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/ PA) - Neuro Critical Care. Location: NCH Hospital, 800 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights IL Full Time/ Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Hours: 3- 12 Hour Shifts, 6 am - 6 pm. Rotating weekends and holidays. Potential for rotating nights Required Travel: N/ A - What you will need:License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required. Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area. Certification: BLS/ CPR certification required. Experience: Prior APN/ PA experience preferred.
