Job Purpose The Advanced Planning Director will support and promote the sale of Jackson's suite of investment products through advanced retirement and wealth planning strategies. The Director acts as a consultant and liaison to the sales force and a business partner to their advisors, by communicating, identifying, and helping to close sales opportunities. The Director mentors, provides guidance, and trains other staff members. This role covers Jackson's Independent West Territories in the following states: WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, UT, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM, TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, ND, MN, WI, IA, MO, AR. The preferred location of this role is Jackson's office in Nashville, TN or one of the states within the assigned territory, with close access to a major airport. Base Pay:
$140,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary for this position may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary, this role will be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program and may be eligible to participate in our long-term incentives program. This role will also be eligible for compensated personal time off and holidays, health benefits, 401(k) plan with generous matching and profit sharing contributions, and other benefit programs according to the Company's employment policies and subject to the formal terms of such plans and programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
