This role serves as our primary representative and a self-motivated resource within our rapidly expanding connected infrastructure division. Our team, which has a nationwide presence in Master Systems Integration across the federal environment, is looking to build and expand its industrial/metering controls department. This position will help lead innovative solutions as part of our larger MSI team architecture. The key responsibilities include:Conduct site visits and assessments at client facilities to understand energy infrastructure and loads, including locating and classifying utility meters (electric, gas, water, steam).Participate in planning, logistics, and reporting related to site surveys with project team members.Travel to multiple project sites within a region and maintain communication with stakeholders.Review facility plans, asset inventories, and technical specifications to assess the status of energy meters.Recommend repairs, replacements, and new meter installations based on client needs and project guidance.Required Experience & SkillsExperience managing critical building systems and design disciplines.Experience conducting site visits and assessments at client facilities.Knowledge of energy infrastructure and metering systems, including age, quality, and vulnerabilities.Experience collaborating with customers, contractors, inspectors, and service providers.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to obtain a basic civilian security clearance.At least 5 years of related experience.Preferred Experience & SkillsExperience with energy audits or facility assessments.Knowledge of environmental and energy efficiency regulations and standards.Experience with diverse project types and technologies.Familiarity with federal agencies like EPA, GSA, or DoD.Ability to organize and facilitate technical meetings.Effective team and independent work skills.Excellent communication skills.Strong problem-solving and project management skills.Required EducationHigh School DiplomaPreferred EducationBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.*Our positions may require a background screening and security clearance from the government.*Telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements.Additional InformationBenefits include:Medical & RxDentalVisionFlexible Spending Accounts401(k) Retirement PlanLife Insurance/AD&DDisability InsurancePaid Time OffHoliday PayAll positions require a background check.
