Job Summary: WMC Health Network is currently seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter (ACR) to facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for Physicians and Advanced Clinical Providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the recruitment, selection, and placement of all advanced clinical new hires.
  • Act as a key advisor for designated service lines and assume responsibility for advertising campaigns, employment offers, onboarding, and the overall candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Provide excellent customer service for providers throughout onboarding and credentialing.
  • Manage onboarding progress for providers to ensure efficient credentialing and onboarding.
  • Utilize and manage various sourcing sites.
  • Attend local and national recruitment events quarterly.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) for screening candidates and posting positions.
  • Work with leadership to find suitable candidates.

    • Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of healthcare and/or advanced clinical recruiting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
