Are you called by God to serve in Oklahoma City? Are you interested in investing in communities and leading short-term mission teams? The missionary will serve with the Jubilee Partners team, helping to provide opportunities for children and teenagers to further their education, build healthy relationships, and develop life skills. There will be ample opportunities to serve and connect with various ministries in Oklahoma City, Wellston, and Carney, Oklahoma.

The missionary will gain experience in both urban and rural ministry settings, working within churches and through our school partnerships. Jubilee Partners facilitates after-school, summer, and student leadership programs through partnerships with local churches. These programs include providing healthy meals and a variety of classes such as Discipleship, Character Development, Life Skills, Team Building, STEM, Art, and more. Our school partnerships include a phonics and reading intervention class at Eugene Field Elementary in Oklahoma City, where our teacher works with below-grade-level readers, partnering with educators to help students overcome barriers and achieve academic success.

Our remediation class at Wellston High School supports students at risk of dropping out or suspension by providing a loving advocate who helps them navigate challenges while holding them accountable. In Carney Public Schools, we teach Character Development and Life Skills classes to students of various ages. Additionally, Jubilee Partners seeks to equip local churches with tools to minister effectively in their communities. The missionary will have the opportunity to participate in seminars that equip local churches to launch similar programs. We believe the Church, as Kingdom people, must find ways to engage communities to invite people into a relationship with Christ. By meeting people where they are, we increase opportunities to share the gospel. Highlights include holistic child development, compassionate ministry, trauma-informed training, community partnerships, and church planting.
