Advance Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Watertown, NY Healthcare Support is actively seeking an Advance Practice Provider for a permanent, full-time role with a well-respected not-for-profit Healthcare company in Watertown, NY. This position offers generous PTO, work life balance and sign on bonus. Pay Details: $100,000 - $150,000k annually (based on years of experience) + Sign-On Bonus Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30a - 4:00p (Part-Time available as well) Benefits for the Advance Practice Provider:

Daily Responsibilities for the Advance Practice Provider:
- Meet with patients to review their medical history, perform exams, and order or review diagnostic tests
- Work closely with physicians to create care and treatment plans based on patient needs
- Write prescriptions and order medications or treatments as needed, following established guidelines
- Review test results and patient progress to adjust care plans and determine eligibility for clinical trials
Required Qualifications for the Advance Practice Provider:
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification in New York
- Certification Basic Life Support
- 1+ year of experience required as a NP
OR
- Bachelors degree in Physician Assistant studies; or Bachelor's degree and completion of a Physician Assistant Certification Program recognized by the New York State Education Department
- PA Certification to Practice in New York State
- 1+ year of experience required at PA
Preferred Qualifications for the Advance Practice Provider:
- Oncology Experience preferred
