- Provide Support to the claims staff
- Six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience
Care Team Representative
- Provide service to callers regarding claims for multiple lines of business
- One (1) year of customer service experience
Care Team Lead
- Develop, implement and maintain the delivery quality assurance, client services and workforce management service
- Four (4) years of call center or customer service experience
Quality Assurance Coach
- Provide service transaction monitoring and analysis to service center colleagues
- Two (2) years of customer service experience
Leave of Absence Coordinator
- Analyze reported Family Medical Leave (FMLA) requests
- Two (2) years of admin/general office experience
Leave of Absence Representative
- Analyze reported leave requests and determine paid leave benefits
- Two (2) years of disability management and/or FMLA administration experience
Disability Representative
- Process claims and determine benefits due pursuant to a disability plan.
- Two (2) years of disability management and/or FMLA administration experience including one (1) year of admin/general office experience
Sr. Disability Representative
- Provide disability case management and claim determinations
- Three (3) years of benefits or disability case/claim management experience
Benefit Liaison/Union Liaison
- Coordinate activities of absence programs for specific client
- Six (6) years of absence management experience required
Data Analyst
- Collect, analyze and report data; to be responsible for data integrity
- Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Absence Management Team Lead
- Supervise the operations of multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for disability claims for clients
- Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Client Services Manager
- Supports the AVP with day to-day account management needs of escalations
- Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
