Job Summary
The Adult Education Program Manager will facilitate planning and lead execution of CLG evening programs and promote all adult programs through community outreach and engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, budget, and evaluate CLG evening programs and curriculum for adults ages 45+; recruit and supervise instructors; coordinate all CLG execution logistics; promote and market CLG programs; survey CLG participant satisfaction; enhance community visibility of Lifelong Learning and Soc/Rec programs for ages 60+ to increase registrations and program attendance. Innovate and lead new approaches and programs to increase adult engagement in JCC programs. Recruit and manage volunteers to support CLG evening program execution.
