Job Title:Adult Day Program Team Lead
Department:Adult Day Center

Position Summary
In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily opera ti ons of our licensed social model Adult
Day Care Program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for older adults,
including those with cogni2ve impairments. You'll supervise a talented team of staff and
volunteers, maintain compliance with California Department of Social Services regula ti ons
following title 22, and serve as the primary liaison for families and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day opera2ons of the Adult Day Program
•Provide leadership and supervision to program staff and volunteers
•Develop and implement person-centered programming
•Ensure adherence to licensing and safety regula ti ons
•Build strong rela ti onships with families and caregivers
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
•Experience working with older adults, par ti cularly those with cogni ti ve impairments
•Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
•Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, human services, or a related field
•Passion for serving the aging community
