The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, a passion for higher education and helping students achieve their academic goals, excellent time management skills, demonstrate an optimistic and energetic attitude, exhibit a team orientation towards goal achievement, possess strong writing skills, a valid drivers license and the ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
