Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Senior Associate Dean of Admissions
Work Setting/Work Schedule: This position is remote except for two days of on-campus training that takes place during the first week of November. Typical work schedule is approximately 20-28 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during the months of November through the end of March, but flexibility exists based on experience, availability and interest.

Required: Education: Bachelor's degree; Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with sensitive information and exercise good judgment under pressure; Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment that requires one to be able to work both effectively and efficiently independently and with a team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Solid computer skills; Appreciation for and understanding of highly selective liberal arts institution; Reasonably informed about the college application process
Preferred, but not required: Prior Application reader experience; Ability to review and synthesize applications and supporting documents using critical thinking and analysis skills to effectively and succinctly summarize strengths and merits

Salary Range: 23.00-23.00. The offer rate will be based on a review of the candidate's credentials compared to the qualifications of the position, internal equity, and our overall compensation philosophy. This role is not budgeted for visa sponsorship at this time, all candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of submission of the application.
