Admissions Operations Manager - Dartmouth College : Job Details

To provide leadership, direction, and support, in coordination with the Admissions Director and Associate Dean of Admissions, to ensure proper admissions workflow. Oversees the admissions application software system, AMP. Applies a thorough understanding of the principles and practices of the admissions process, Geisels mission, organizational administration, and statistical data to provide the necessary support to the Associate Dean of Admissions and Admissions Director. Collaborates with the Admissions team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Admissions operations. Works closely with counterparts across Geisel to continually review processes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement these changes. Manages all aspects of the application process which entails working with an applicant pool of over 8,000 students.
