Admissions Director, Nursing Home - Generations at Regency, LLC : Job Details

Admissions Director:Responsible for census development through direct sales/marketing to physicians, physician groups, hospital staff, managed care organizations, case managers, social workers and other community healthcare professionals. Screen prospective residents in both the acute and community setting. Conduct facility tours, receive and process all incoming inquiries and potential admissions. Perform on-site clinical and financial assessments to determine appropriateness of admission. Conduct insurance authorizations Ensure admission readiness of rooms and needed equipment. Work with residents, families and professionals to facilitate efficient admission. IND Requirements To Be Considered for the Role of Admissions Director, You Must Have:Experience with Marketing and Admissions in a LTC environment. Knowledge of Illinois Medicare, Medicaid, and Insurance Understanding of the admissions process as it related to the long term care population.
