Overview We Overheard You Say You Want to Make a Difference! Come Join Us! How You Will Make a Difference

• Coordinate and implement effective strategic plan for the facility.
• Complete external sales calls on target market.
• Manage the facilitys admissions process and collaborate with the facility team in achieving census and quality mix goals.
• Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources to include e-referral systems, tours, and phone inquiries.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a sales and/or marketing role with a proven track record of success; healthcare experience preferred.
