Admissions Counselor Reports To: Vice President for Enrollment Management FLSA Status: Exempt, Salary. Job Type: Full-time Summary/objective. The Admissions Counselor recruits and guides prospective students through the admissions process by managing an assigned territory, cultivating relationships with schools and counselors, and representing the College at events. This role promotes the College's programs, supports enrollment goals, and ensures a positive applicant experience through effective communication and collaboration. Essential functions. Develop in-depth knowledge about the College and its academic and extracurricular programs and articulate these programs in a manner consistent with the College's strategic plan to prospective students, their families, guidance counselors & the community.
