Admissions Counselor - University of Pittsburgh : Job Details

Manages administrative and operational details for the Pitt Pharmacy PharmD admissions. Works closely with the director of admissions and the recruitment and enrollment specialist. Perform administrative duties essential to the admission process for the professional program:Respond to inquiries regarding admission to the School of Pharmacy PharmD program.o Answer phone calls directed to admissions office.o Reply to inquiries to the admissions email address. Disseminate information to prospective applicants in collaboration with the recruitment and enrollment specialist, including paper materials and electronic information. Meet with prospective high school and college students to discuss admissions requirements, provide program information, and be available to conduct tours if needed. Work with Rx. Ambassadors and the recruitment and enrollment specialist to arrange tours, including meetings with team member(s).
