Admissions Coordinator, Multimedia Manager
Florida Atlantic University is seeking an Admissions Coordinator, Multimedia Manager in Boca Raton, FL.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and production of high-quality video content, including student stories, event recaps, instructional media, and promotional materials.
- Conceptualize and create animated graphics for use in videos, social media, presentations, and web platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and university partners to develop scripts, storyboards, and visual assets that align with brand and communication goals.
- Manage video shoots, editing, motion design, and post-production workflows from start to finish.
- Oversee strategic content planning, development, and execution for social media and digital platforms.
- Support paid and organic campaign initiatives, including display ads, SMS/MMS, email marketing, and affiliate outreach.
- Maintain and contribute to a dynamic content calendar with a focus on timely and relevant messaging.
- Integrate AI-driven tools (e.g., generative content platforms, chatbots, content recommendation engines) to enhance engagement and streamline content production.
- Utilize AI-based insights for audience segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization across digital campaigns.
- Coordinate digital campaigns across the admissions website, including seasonal promotions, announcements, and recruitment campaigns.
- Gather and analyze performance data from digital and media campaigns using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Insights, and similar tools.
- Generate insights from website traffic, conversion funnels, engagement metrics, and user behavior to guide data-informed strategies.
- Provide recommendations for content and UX improvement based on metrics, AI-generated performance trends, A/B testing results, and platform analytics.
- Supervise and mentor student interns and volunteers on multimedia projects and day-to-day marketing activities.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization required. Applicants must include samples of their previous content work as part of their application. Experience in Higher Education. Experience with Google Analytics, and social media performance metrics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in Motion Graphics. Experience with Video Editing and Post Production.
Salary: $47,800 - $51,850 per year.
