Job Description :
The position facilitates the conversion of referrals to admissions through the completion of the intake process and the use of effective phone and customer service skills. Qualifications Education/ Regulatory Requirements:Associates degree preferred. Skills:Must have 3 years' experience in healthcare administrative or customer service industry. Knowledge of hospice and home health programs is desirable. Ability to develop hospice clinical knowledge base. Computer literate. Ability to develop and apply effective customer service skills.. Professional Requirements:Organized, flexible, self-motivated with the ability to communicate with all levels of the medical team. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
