- Performs Medicaid screenings as indicated for NHP.
- Determine potential expense associated with a potential admission.
- Review all applications for admission, maintain waitlist, screen referrals, act as a resource to the community.
- Complete and assure the accuracy of the MDS for all patients.
- Maintain current working knowledge of Medicare criteria, serving as a resource for nursing staff and communicate changes in regulations.
- Maintain current working knowledge of MDS changes and most updated RAI manual.

What we're looking for Applicants should have an Associate's degree. Additional requirements include:
