The Admissions Assistant/Parent Liaison supports the Admissions Department in all aspects of student enrollment, including the intake and onboarding of new students as well as the re-enrollment of current students. This role plays a vital part in executing admissions-related events, outreach efforts, and follow-up communications with prospective and current families. Additionally, the Admission Assistant/Parent Liaison is responsible for fostering strong family engagement by overseeing the Parent Association, encouraging volunteer participation, and serving as a consistent point of contact for parent-related initiatives. This position is key to building trust, improving family retention, and ensuring a seamless and supportive admissions experience from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.
