Administrator On Duty Responsibilities: Provides field mentorship and training of the Clinical Services team and performs all the duties and responsibilities of the Transplant Coordinator on an as-needed basis. Supports and fosters the mission of the organization and its commitment to organ and tissue donation. Maintains an awareness of all active referrals and pending activity to ensure optimal use of available resources. Serves as the primary and/or back-up Referral Administrator (RA), accepts referral calls and assigns clinical staff as needed. Manages all pending clinical cases and addresses any deviations from standard operating procedures in real-time. Collaborates with the clinical staff to obtain all pertinent information ensuring the suitability of all potential donors. Analyzes and provides ongoing guidance on the clinical management and optimization of all potential donors.
