Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general secretarial duties including mail processing, supply ordering, typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, coordinating meetings, and transcribing minutes.
- Serve as receptionist to the department, providing exceptional professional and courteous service to all internal and external customers.
- Assist in maintaining the daily operation of the Department.
- Assist in data analysis and report trends to management as needed.
- Work with little supervision, utilizing critical thinking skills and your own judgment in making decisions.
