Key Duties:
- Data Entry & System Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across multiple systems (manual entry & Jira).
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize ~20+ meetings/week, manage calendars for hiring manager/team, and coordinate utility/stakeholder calls.
- Communication: Manage group inbox, respond to inquiries using templates, escalate complex issues.
- Process Support: Identify workflow inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and assist in project coordination.
Requirements:
- Strong data entry, organizational, scheduling, and inbox management skills.
- Quick learner with new tools (esp. Jira & I/O systems).
- Professional communication style; comfortable with stakeholders.
- Preferred: Administrative assistant background; utility/energy industry familiarity; project coordination experience.
