The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is accepting applicants for a full-time Administrative Specialist. This position provides professional-level support across several departments including: Continuing Education, Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CETL), Karrmann Library, Textbook Center, Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP). As directed, responsibilities include managing reports, overseeing operational workflows, logistics, coordinating communication efforts, and assisting with recruitment and compliance initiatives. To increase the capacity of administrative support to these departments, this position supervises a team of student employees and ensures effective communication and operational efficiency within the departments.
This is a full-time, 12-month position with a salary of $45,000 per year. The University of Wisconsin System offers a nationally top-ranked retirement plan and a comprehensive benefits package.
