To learn more please view the Kettering University Profile.Position Status Full-time If Part Time, hours per week Posting Text Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; - Administrative work experience in a Higher Education setting; Job Specific Required Qualifications - Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field; OR at least one (1) to three (3) years of related work experience; - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; - Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail; - Customer service experience; - Ability to multitask; - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; - Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe; - Ability to learn, understand and use database and enterprise software programs such as Banner, and Argos; - Demonstrated concern for meeting internal and external customer needs; (co-workers, students, the general public); - Team player willing to collaborate, take direction, and lead as necessary; - Proficient keyboarding/computer skills; Understanding and commitment to Kettering University Values a.
