The Administrative Specialist II is responsible for customer service, examining and verifying documents to assist with the admissions process, and performing general office duties. This position is governed by state and federal laws and institution policy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for preparing and distributing application documents to the processing staff for review. Responsible for inputting data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintains student records to ensure accurate and neat data. Assists prospective students through the admissions process in-person or by communicating through phone or email. Responsible for customer service, ensuring front desk is covered, phones are answered, and walk-ins are assisted. Provides information, assistance, and clarification to interested parties concerning institution policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
