(Full Time) Location: Woonsocket, RI Administrative Receptionist - Emergency Services (Full Time) Location: Woonsocket, RI POSITION SUMMARY: Exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Acute Services Program and be a part of our Intake and Emergency Services team. This position is located in our Woonsocket office. As a vital member of this team, you will welcome clients seeking services to Community Care Alliance. Duties include registration and administrative functions: completing telephone referrals from new clients and external providers. Triaging phone calls, scheduling appointments, conducting follow up calls to clients who cancel or miss appointments, and reminder calls. In addition, this position entails completing all admission paperwork in our electronic health record and assisting clients with this process. The ability to analyze data and create reports as needed is another function of this position. Education requirements: High School or equivalent is required and experience working in a health care setting or similar is a plus. The applicant must be proficient in the use of an electronic health record, along with Word and Excel. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a multidisciplinary team is a key component of this position.
