JobID: 51148 Prestige Staffing is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to help on a 3-6 month project. Need someone available to start work quickly who is able to pass drug test and criminal background. Location: Clifton Road Employment Type: Temporary, Part-Time Schedule: 20 hours per week, flexible schedule Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in-office 3 days per week) Duration: September-December 2025 (with potential for extension) Pay Rate: $24-$26 per hour Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Project Assistant to support a variety of administrative, marketing, and event coordination initiatives. This part-time hybrid role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities •Coordinate finance reimbursements and assist with expense tracking •Support School of Medicine marketing and communications initiatives •Assist with ad hoc publication coordination (newsletters, flyers, etc.) •Organize and transfer photo assets between SharePoint and Picflow •Revamp the Awards and Nominations website •Attend and contribute to virtual team meetings •Scan and digitize files (10-15 boxes) •Clean and organize clinic storage and resident mail room •Scan and archive 4,000+ historical slides?????? •Support setup and breakdown for department events requiring some evening hours with month notice. •Assist with Resident Interviews: •Coordinate Administrative Professional Development Events Required Skills •Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills •Clear and professional communication (written and verbal) •Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities •Ability to work independently •Digital file naming and organization •Document version control and accessibility •Scanning and uploading documents •Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint) •Canva (for marketing materials) experience preferred •Picflow (photo storage and organization) experience preferred •Create and manage timelines •Record meeting minutes and send follow-ups •Conduct basic market research and cost-benefit analysis •Schedule rooms and send calendar invites •Coordinate with vendors and confirm logistics •Provide guest support and signage •Troubleshoot on-site issues calmly and efficiently Preferred Skills •Experience with finance/expense reimbursements •Receipt collection and organization •Basic form completion and system entry (e.g., Concur, Excel) •Understanding of reimbursement policies (with guidance) Apply today for immediate consideration. #ZR - Rep
