• Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Food, Hotel/Restaurant Management or a related field
• Have at least one year related experience in high volume food service operation
• Must be knowledgeable of HACCP procedures and should be ServSafe Certified
• Must be able to motivate staff to achieve desired goals
• Must have excellent managerial and communication skills, oral/written (bilingual a plus)
• Must be creative, organized, self-motivated and dependable
• Must be able to work independently without major supervision
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excell, and PowerPoint)
• Must have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
