Sentara Health invites candidates to apply for the Sentara Administrative Fellowship Program to begin in June 2026. The program welcomes applications from candidates who possess excellent communication and management skills and are seeking to cap their educational experience at one of the best healthcare organizations in the nation. Sentara's Administrative Fellowship is primarily based in Hampton Roads, Virginia; location preferences for the Fellowship will be discussed during the initial phases of the interview process.
Job Summary:
The Sentara Administrative Fellowship is a two-year, national fellowship program that enables Administrative Fellows to contribute to strategic and key operational initiatives across the enterprise. Fellows receive deep exposure and access to areas of the organization, benefiting from diverse perspectives as they serve multiple rotations. Sentara's Fellows expand their skills by contributing to innovative projects, working on teams, conducting research, and implementing initiatives. Fellows actively participate in Sentara's leadership processes, including Board meeting attendance and meaningful engagement in small group discussions with all levels of healthcare administration.
Required Education:
Candidates must have completed or be on target to complete the didactic portion of a master's degree (preferably with a concentration and/or experience in healthcare management) from an accredited graduate program.
