Provides an administrative resource for the organization in terms of analytic skill for identified needs and targeted outcomes. Also provides planning for the organization and identified needs within service lines. Responsibilities Assists with operations of unit services and integration with other departments. Provides input and creates effective work plans needed for the work unit. Provides consultative support and integrates services and programs with other units or departments. Participates in building an effective work unit through hiring, supervising and evaluating staff. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree - Business/ HC Admin Experience
