ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR - Duke University : Job Details

This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and serves as the Business Executive for the Chiefs of the Divisions of Endocrinology, Rheumatology, and Hematology within the Department of Medicine. The individual collaborates with senior leadership from the DOM, DUHS, SOM, and DHIP to create business strategies, including both academic and clinical outreach. Provide administrative leadership and financial oversight of the daily operations and business planning for the three Divisions, including Finance, Program and Business Development, Faculty and Staff Affairs, Human Resources, Facilities, External Business Relations, and Educational Strategy. This dynamic role is the administrative leader across the tripartite missions within Duke University and Duke Health Integrated Practice (DHIP). Acts as senior advisor to the Division Chiefs.
