The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Administrative Manager. In addition to the CUNY Title Overview, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties: Provide administrative support to departments and programs within the Division of Student Affairs. Run and distribute regular reports and conduct follow up with several parties to ensure completion of tasks and assignments as well as timeline and deadline adherence. Assist with maintaining multiple confidential databases, records, files, and lists on students and personnel. Draft correspondences on sensitive and confidential matters. Assist with the coordination of departmental hiring needs and payroll functions.
