Job Description
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team communication across departments
- Manage administrative tasks like file organization, report preparation, and supply ordering
- Support vendor communications, product shipments, and invoice tracking
- Assist with employee onboarding and internal process setup
- Maintain customer and inventory databases, ensuring accurate records
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and events
- Respond to or direct customer service inquiries as needed
- Keep the workspace organized and support general office operations

The Successful Applicant
- Has 1+ years of administrative or office coordination experience, ideally in beauty, retail, or a creative industry
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks with ease
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Works well in fast-paced and team-oriented environments
- Has a passion for the beauty industry and takes initiative to improve day-to-day processes
