Skills & Abilities: Provides administrative support in a clinical setting. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards. Communicate effectively orally and in writing with administrative staff as well as parents. Establish and maintain cooperative and professional working relationships with parents and staff. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to perform tasks with minimal direction. Required Education & Experience:2-3 years administrative experience and an associates degree or higher, required. Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or health services administration and understanding of ABA Terminology, preferred.
