Objective. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support services. Organize and coordinate the tuition reimbursement program and provide back-up support for department payroll processing. This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences. Examples of Duties ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - The essential functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the class as necessary. - Processes verification of employment. - Prepares invoices for payment. - Maintains department timesheets. - Prepares status reports on projects, correspondence and documents and completes special projects. - Performs administrative, clerical and receptionist duties. - Performs related work as assigned.
