Summary
Provide office management, organizational, process improvement and operational support for TR WW New York team. Position will support Senior Vice President Finance & Strategic Planning Travel Retail Worldwide as well as Senior Vice President Business Development & Strategy and the Vice President Demand Planning Travel Retail Worldwide with day-to-day administrative processes.
Responsibilities
Support President TRWW s Executive Assistant with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
2-3 years administrative experience
Office Management experience a plus
Must have advanced Outlook and Excel skills
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, while also being able to grasp the big picture
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to remain calm under pressure; pro-active planning skills a must
Consistently displays professionalism, diplomacy and discretion especially when handling matters of a confidential nature or collaborating cross-culturally
Must have a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity
