In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Join our Distribution Center crew where you will be responsible for supporting Operations for our entire Distribution Center. Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Distribution Division is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and change oriented support co-worker. Because the responsibilities associated with this position may change frequently, we are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a wide variety of clerical, administrative, and operational support responsibilities. Currently, the selected individual will provide administrative support for the Distribution Center. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support / assistance to warehouse/operation Managers/Supervisors with new hire orientations, annual co-worker trainings, and department meetings
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering, routing, and directing incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Prepare e-mails, interoffice memorandums, faxes, and correspondence
Work Schedule: This is a Full-Time position working 5, 8.5-hour day shifts beginning at 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. or end of shift. Monday-Friday with the ability to switch shifts and help on weekends as needed. Qualifications:
  • Two or more years in an administrative / support role or equivalent experience / education / or relevant warehouse experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Accurate / detail oriented
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Ability to process, interpret, and communicate both verbal and written information to co-workers and customers in a professional manner
  • Ability to work with others in a team-based atmosphere
  • Work in a fast paced, safety conscious environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and comfort with computer / office equipment is required
