Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Compile and enter client account data, details, and tasks in CRM
- Manage and resolve client service problems
- Assist advisors and clients accurately and efficiently with account paperwork
- Serve as quality control point to ascertain that all paperwork, policies, and procedures for customer requests have been adhered to in accordance with all compliance requirements
- Support with any administrative tasks, as directed
- Additional projects and tasks as assigned.
