Administrative Assistant / Program Administrator - University of Pittsburgh : Job Details

The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is seeking a qualified Program Administrator. Recently ranked 2nd by US News & World Report for our Nurse Anesthesia DNP program, 4th (tie) for our Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, and 5th for our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner DNP program, the School of Nursing continues to be one of the most reputable and well-known nursing education schools in the country for both undergraduate and graduate level programs. The Program Administrator provides a high level of support to the MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) and DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) Program Coordinators, ATC (Acute & Tertiary Care) Tenured and Tenure Stream faculty and provides clerical assistance to research staff when necessary. The position serves as the main point of contact for MSN and DNP Coordinators, directly assists the Vice Chair of Research, and serves as the liaison between the MSN / DNP coordinators, internal departments, students, and external stakeholders when appropriate.
