Job Summary: As the Administrative Assistant for the Nursing Program at the Lake of Ozarks campus in Osage Beach, MO, assist in day-to-day operations, including receiving and assisting students, faculty, and others, both in person and by phone and performing clerical and administrative functions. Twenty (20) hours per week.
- Front line support for the Nursing Program faculty, staff, and students.
- Field questions, referring questions to other personnel as appropriate, and assist students, faculty and others, both in person, through email, and by phone.
- Assist with nursing application process for ASN program
- Assist with recordkeeping and purchasing.
- Coordinate and monitor testing
- Support special events such as recruiting, orientation, and pinning ceremony
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years of general office experience.
