The Administrative Assistant in the Onboarding Department is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the department's efficient operation. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks and requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience. After 90-days, successful candidates are eligible for promotion to the Credentialing Specialist role. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling I-9 and medical appointments. Maintain and organize onboarding documentation and employee records. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and welcome packets for new hires.
