Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Management Board with daily administrative functions related to meetings, calendars, projects and print and copy activities.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and maintain calendars and emails
- Coordinate all meetings, including dates, agendas, food, meeting rooms and invitations
- Ensure timely and appropriate responses to incoming mail and emails, including drafting written responses to all levels of management and key resources and customers
- Set up and maintain email lists and meeting rooms access
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment for the department
- Prepare and publish reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- File and maintain department records and necessary documentation
- Schedule and process expense settlements
- Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
REQUIRED
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Typing capability of 70 wpm combined with accurate proofreading
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of the internet
- High level of confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and during periods of high workloads
- High School diploma
PREFERRED
- Associate's Degree, Technical School Training, Paralegal or comparable training
