Administrative Assistant (Full Time)Summary: This position is responsible for the direct communication between the general public, county agencies and staff.Responsibilities: · Answers incoming calls, determines needs and directs to appropriate resource. · Has working knowledge of county/township agencies as potential sources of information. · Provides clerical support for Administrator and Director of Public Works. · Handles park reservations · Schedules field assignmentsQualifications: · High School graduate (or equivalent) · Well organized and detailed oriented · Prior knowledge of township government · Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications · Strong communication skills · Able to work well independently and on a teamHours and compensation: · 8am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday · DOQAdditional information · Two or more professional references must be provided. · This position will require a criminal background check before hiring.How to apply: Please submit your resume to Bill Pitman along with a cover letter explaining why you believe you are a good fit for this position This position will be open until filled
