Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and experienced Permanent Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our organization, providing key administrative support to our team and ensuring a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration, with exceptional skills in problem-solving, multitasking, and organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a diverse range of tasks, from meeting coordination and research to bookkeeping and sales support. Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. 2. Maintain an efficient and organized filing system to ensure easy access to important company documents. 3. Utilize MS Office Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and other key business documents. 4. Handle invoicing, bookkeeping, and other financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 5. Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for clients and addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. 6. Support the sales team by preparing sales documents, tracking sales data, and coordinating sales activities. 7. Utilize strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. 8. Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve administrative challenges. 9. Conduct research as required, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. 10. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. 2. Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. 4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 5. Experience in invoicing and bookkeeping, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving challenges. 7. Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. 8. Experience in sales support, with the ability to prepare sales documents, track sales data, and coordinate sales activities. 9. Strong research skills, with the ability to provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes. 10.
